Transport

Most of our service users travel to the Day Centre using our bus, but if you wish to make your own travel arrangements then feel free to do so. 

The bus has a tail lift for wheelchairs, which are safely clamped down, so there is no need to move from your wheelchair to a bus seat. There is always a Passenger Assistant present on the bus who will provide assistance from and to your own front door.

Service Users will be collected from their home in the morning and taken home afterwards. We will make all service users aware of what time to expect us. We will ensure there is help getting on and off the bus. The cost of the bus is included as part of your daily payment.
